What led me here ?

“But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth.”

-John 16:13

There came a moment when I began to sense that what I was doing wasn’t just a personal interest or a passing idea — it was something the Holy Spirit was gently guiding me into. I realized this when my main motivation for starting this ministry wasn’t about achievement, recognition, or even fulfilling a dream. It was love.

A deep, genuine love for the body of Christ began to take root in my heart — a desire to see others thrive in spirit, soul, and body. My passion for nutrition, growth, and wellness wasn’t separate from my faith; it was an extension of it. I wanted to help others understand that caring for our bodies and minds is also an act of worship — that our health, when surrendered to God, becomes a vessel through which His strength and joy can flow.

There was a quiet assurance in my spirit — a peace that no amount of planning or striving could have produced. Every time I prayed about it, I felt a gentle nudge from the Lord, confirming that this was not just my idea but His invitation. The more I surrendered my plans and allowed the Spirit to lead, the more everything began to align — the words, the direction, the purpose.

What I strive for

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind [...] Love your neighbor as yourself”

-Matthew 22:37–39

I live by the conviction that love is the foundation of life—love for God, love for myself, and love for others. When this divine order is honored, it brings wholeness, peace, and true wellness. But when it is broken—when God is forgotten, when we lose sight of our own worth, or when we fail to extend love to others—the result is conflict, division, and the many sufferings we see in the world. For me, keeping this triune of love intact is not just a belief, but a daily practice that guides how I live, make choices, and build relationships. It is the path to healing, both personally and collectively.

My Approach to Faith and Wellness

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”

-Matthew 6:33

I believe that true wellness begins with a Christ-centered life where spiritual growth takes priority over worldly pursuits. By putting God first, we cultivate balance in body, soul, and spirit, allowing His wisdom to guide our daily choices and habits. Wellness, then, is not just about physical health, but about aligning every aspect of life—emotional, relational, and spiritual—with God’s kingdom principles. In this way, seeking Him first brings peace, clarity, and strength that overflow into all other areas of life.

Achieving health on earth as it is in heaven is the foundation of my Christian faith-based approach  to wellness.
