Nutritional Guidance

With a Master of Public Health in Nutrition, I can provide evidence-based guidance to support healthy eating and overall wellness. My approach combines professional expertise with faith-based principles, recognizing that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19–20). I can help individuals make practical, sustainable choices that nourish both body and spirit, fostering wholeness and balance in daily living.

Spiritual growth

I can provide guidance and support for those seeking to grow deeper in their relationship with God. Through prayer, Scripture study, and faith-based practices, I can help others strengthen their walk with Christ and live more fully in His purpose. As it is written, “Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation” (1 Peter 2:2). My goal is to create space for transformation where faith becomes stronger, clearer, and more alive in daily life.

Emotional balance

I can help individuals find emotional balance by integrating faith, reflection, and practical strategies that bring peace and resilience. Life’s challenges can easily overwhelm the heart, but God’s Word reminds us: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6–7). My approach empowers people to manage emotions with grace, align their hearts with God’s truth, and cultivate lasting inner peace.

Physical movement

I can encourage physical movement as an essential part of honoring the body God has given us. Movement not only strengthens the body but also supports mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual vitality. As Scripture reminds us, “For in him we live and move and have our being” (Acts 17:28). My approach is not about performance but about cultivating healthy, sustainable practices that keep the body active, energized, and aligned with a life of wholeness and purpose.
